Work can be fun!

Today I went back to work. It was great seeing everyone again.

Put in a long day, had to stop and get a infusion first and then on to work.

My paw is ok but my back hurts, guess it didn't like the stair climbing or just plain moving. We had a bad start this morning, someone not me, turned off the alarm and then it was a rush to make it to the doctor on time. We did but I like to wake up slow. It will be early to bed for me today.

Freedom at last!

Today I finally got my cast off. I am now in a boot and will be for awhile but I can take a shower with out worrying about getting my foot wet.

Tomorrow I go back to work and that makes me happy.

I may have a different story later in the week.

The holiday is over

The 4th is over and time to start a new week. Bummer!!
Not much is knew here and all is well. Leo is home and doing better.
Tomorrow I go to the Dr. I am hoping he wll take the cast off of my paw.
I would be very happy if he did. Purrrrrrrrrr.
Dinner is over and time for a nap, later.

Independence Day

Thanks to all that have made this day possible.

Grandmother Joey said that Leo was in the hospital, kidney stones. He was having trouble passing them and had developed a infection. Hopefully he will come one today.
Even though he was running a fever and very weak, he didn't want to go to the doctor.
Now why are men like that?
I know there are those who go to the doctor but the ones I know just complain and want to be babied. Go figure!

End of the Blazers

It was announced today that the Blazer Hockey team is folding. Lack of money is the reason they are giving.
All the team members will become free agents and the head coach will stay in the city and contintue with his other job.

These are sad times.

The 4th is Coming

Other then the normal hot dogs,hamburgers and fireworks.
The 4th means a extra day off from work.

That makes me happy!

I think I will do nothing that involves work, sounds like a good plan to me.

Inventory Blues

Yesterday was my company's yearly inventory, I wasn't there.
You would think that I would be happy about this but I wasn't. It is something I have been in charge of for 20 years but this year I turned over the reigns to someone else. I am sure all went well... I still feel a little sad anyway.
